Courtney D. Collier (He/Him)

LADAC II, LPC/MHSP (TN Temp), CADC I, SAP, NCC, MBA, CPRS

My educational accomplishments are completing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Union University in Jackson, TN; a Master of Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO; and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN. I was also awarded the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) 2023 Minority Fellowship in Addictions Counseling.

I look forward to helping underserved youth/adolescent, adult, and LQBTQIA+ populations with an emphasis on Substance Use Disorders (SUD). I utilize a prescriptive and relational-cultural approach to SUD treatment. I am currently a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC II), a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP Temp), a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC I), a qualified D.O.T. Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Peer Recovery Support (CPRS – Trainer).

I spend leisure time making artwork in a medium termed Diamond Art Painting. Crafting this genre of art has become a key part of my personal life and recovery as I’m able to create uniquely designed portraits which I feel are a direct connection with my God given ability to create. I find reward in seeing the awe and admiration on the face(s) of those who receive my artwork in addition to the enjoyment and pleasure of offering a unique gift.

Most who encounter me experience one, or both of my catch phrases: “GOD morning/afternoon/evening” and “I’m SUPER…., just like you!”
